Treatments, explained from your list
Add each treatment with its price, its length and what it includes. Clients get a real answer, not “DM for details”.
- Prices by treatment and area
- How long each one takes
- What it includes and who it suits
For beauty salons and cosmeticians
Clients ask what a treatment includes, how to prepare and when they can come back. Vesper answers from your treatment list and your rules, books the cabin and the cosmetician together, and tells the client how to prepare when it books.
For: Cosmetic studios, depilation and laser studios, lash and brow bars, cosmeticians who work alone

The bot needs you. Maja had a chemical peel last week and wants a facial on Thursday. Your rule says no facials within 7 days of a peel.
Take overHi! I'd like a facial before a wedding on Saturday. What do you recommend, and when could I come?

Hi Maja! For a glow before an event we suggest the hydrating facial: 60 minutes, 4,500 RSD. It's best two or three days ahead. Sanja has Wednesday at 17:00 or Thursday at 12:30. Which suits you?

Thursday 12:30. I had a chemical peel last week, is that ok?

Because of your rule “A recent peel, a skin condition or medication”. The bot won't reply here until you hand it back.
Thanks for telling me. We don't do facials within 7 days of a peel, so Thursday may be too soon. We'll come back to you in a few minutes with the right day — so your skin is ready and you still glow on Saturday.

Sound familiar?
I can't answer with gloves on and a mask setting.
A facial is an hour of your full attention, and the phone keeps lighting up.
Everyone asks the same three things about waxing.
How long should the hair be, does it hurt, when can I go to the beach. Typed out again and again.
Clients arrive unprepared.
Sunburnt before laser, make-up on before a facial. The appointment is lost, and so is the hour.
A day with Vesper
The treatments stay the same. The interruptions go.
08:40
Two requests came in overnight: a brow lamination and a full-leg wax. Both clients already know how to prepare.
11:20
Someone asks whether you do lash lifts and what they cost. The bot answers and offers Friday. Your hands stay on the client.
15:05
A client mentions she's on acne medication. The bot doesn't guess. It hands the chat to you with a note.
20:30
A regular wants her usual wax. The bot offers her usual Thursday slot and reminds her how long the hair should be.
What it handles
01
Add each treatment with its price, its length and what it includes. Clients get a real answer, not “DM for details”.
02
Write your instructions once: hair length for waxing, no sun before laser, no make-up before a facial. The bot gives them with every booking.
03
A laser session needs the laser room and someone trained for it. Vesper books both together and keeps clean-up time free after each treatment.
04
Skin conditions, medication, pregnancy, a reaction after a treatment: the bot hands those to you with a note and stops replying.
Alone or with a team
If you work alone
You can't type during a treatment. Vesper answers, explains the prep and books while you work, and your day is waiting for you when the client leaves.
If you have a team
Each cosmetician has her own treatments and each cabin its own equipment. Vesper books the two together and keeps everyone's day separate.
You stay in charge
Take over any chat when you want to reply yourself. The bot stays quiet until you hand it back, and your reply goes out on the same channel the client used.

Maja, a week after a peel is too soon. Let's do Friday at 10:00. Your skin will be ready and you'll still glow on Saturday.
