Terms of service

Vesper replies to your clients on the channels you connect, keeps a record of your clients and appointments, and sends reminders. You and your team can take over any conversation at any time.

You must be able to act for the business you sign up. Keep your login safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account and for the people you invite.

The trial lasts 7 days and includes 500 credits. You can cancel it at any time.

You pay monthly, in advance, for the channels on your plan. Prices are listed on the pricing page and exclude VAT.

If you add or remove channels during the month, the difference is settled on your next invoice.

If we raise our prices, your price stays the same for twelve months from the change.

Each channel you connect adds 15,000 credits a month, which don't roll over. Credits you buy don't expire.

The bot uses credits when it reads a conversation and replies. How many depends on the work: reading a photo uses more than a short text reply. Your usage is shown in the app.

When you run out, the bot pauses until you add credits or the month resets. Automatic top-ups only happen if you turn them on, and never above the monthly limit you set.

Channels run on platforms we don't control: Meta, Viber and Telegram. You must follow their rules. They can change or limit what's possible, and if they do, we'll tell you what it means for you.

Some costs come from those platforms, not from us. Viber bills you directly for your bot. SMS reminders leave from your own number, through the Vesper mobile app or your own Twilio account, and your phone plan or Twilio bills them. WhatsApp and Viber reminders can carry a per-message fee from the provider, which you see before you turn them on.

Don't use Vesper to send spam or messages people didn't ask for, to deceive people, or for anything illegal. Don't instruct the bot to pretend to be a person.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we'll tell you why.

The bot answers from what you tell it about your business, and it can still make mistakes. Keep your business details up to date and look over conversations.

You're responsible for the offers, prices and promises made to your clients in your business's name.

Your conversations and client records belong to your business. We use them only to provide Vesper, as described in our privacy policy, and you can export them at any time.

We work to keep Vesper running at all times, but we can't guarantee it will never be interrupted, for example when a messaging platform is down.

You can cancel at any time. Your plan runs until the end of the month you've paid for and isn't renewed.

We can end the service with 30 days' notice, or right away if an account seriously breaks these terms.

To the extent the law allows, Lunmark isn't liable for indirect losses such as lost bookings or profit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We'll email you before changes to these terms take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
