What uses credits
The bot uses credits each time it reads a conversation and replies. A short text reply uses about one credit. Replies that read a photo, or answer late in a long conversation, use more.

What doesn't
Once your team takes over a conversation, the bot stops using credits there. Your own replies are always free.

Reminders
Reminders use credits too. By email, that's all they cost. By SMS, they leave from your own number, through the Vesper app on your phone or your Twilio account, so your phone plan or Twilio bills them. WhatsApp and Viber reminders also carry a per-message fee from the provider.

From RSD 1,760 for 5,000 more credits — bigger packs cost less per credit, and credits you buy don't expire.
